Male Schnauzer/Terrier Mix 1yr. old in Chautauqua, Ohio For Sale

Ozzy is a 1yr. old male Schnauzer/Terrier Mix. He is fixed/microchipped, and has all updated shots. I have all of his paperwork. He is also house trained. We adopted him from the local shelter a few months ago, and he is a very funny boy. He plays with our Mastiff as if he's her size, and is good with our boys. He is also a great lap dog.
The reason we are looking for a new home for Ozzy is because we can not keep him contained in our yard. We live in the woods with a 4ft. split-rail and wire fenced yard. The temptation for him to get out and chase the wildlife is just too great... he can clear the fence easily!! I still can't believe we have found him each time he gets out! We feel so bad that he is confined to a 15ft. chain when our other dog has over half an acre to roam. If you have a yard that will keep him safe, he will be a good companion.
